A: We source sofas directly from manufacturers, auctions and trade-ins to bring you the best quality at competitive prices.

A: Yes! We provide bulk discounts for:

Q: How can I purchase a sofa?

Q: Can I pay a deposit to secure a sofa?
A: For local deliveries within a 60-mile radius of Maidstone, you can reserve a sofa with a deposit and pay the balance on delivery.
For orders outside this area, full payment is required through our website before delivery.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes, we offer delivery. Prices vary based on location—contact us with your postcode for a quote.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We aim to deliver within 1-7days for local orders, sometimes even same day. National delivery times may take up to 10 Days.
Q: Can I collect my sofa instead?
A: Yes, you can arrange to collect your sofa. Please contact us in advance to schedule a pickup.
Q: Do you help bring the sofa inside?
A: Our Free local service is 1 man If you need the sofa brought inside you can either help our driver or let us know in advance—extra charges will apply. Our paid national delivery is 2 Man and will be taken to your room of choice (ground floor) for extras such as carrying upstairs please contact us as this will be extra.
Q: What if I change my mind after purchasing?
A: We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the sofa is significantly different from the description. Please check all details before purchasing.
Q: What if my sofa doesn’t fit through my door?
A: It’s your responsibility to measure before purchasing. If a sofa doesn’t fit, we may offer an exchange, but additional delivery charges and a restocking fee may apply.
Q: Do you remove old sofas?
A: We may be able to take away your old sofa for a small fee. Ask us when booking your delivery.
Q: How often do you get new stock?
A: We restock regularly! Follow our website, socials or WhatsApp us for updates on new arrivals.
Q: Can I reserve a sofa?
A: Yes, local customers can place a deposit to secure a sofa. For nationwide orders, full payment is required at checkout.
Q: Do you offer warranties?
A: Since we primarily sell used and ex-display sofas, we do not offer warranties. However, all sofas are checked to ensure they are in excellent condition before selling.

Sofarama Terms & Conditions
1. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your item. This deposit may be used as a credit towards another item or order, valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
After this time, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Returns and Refunds
Secondhand and ex-display items are sold as seen and are non-returnable, in line with UK consumer rights for used goods purchased in person or with a full description provided.
New and outlet stock may be returnable within 14 days if faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Please ensure you are satisfied with the item’s condition before purchase or dispatch.
3. Storage
Items must be collected or delivered within 3 weeks of purchase.
After 3 weeks, a storage fee of £10 per week will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made.
If an item remains uncollected after 6 weeks with no contact or payment of storage fees, it may be re-listed for sale and any deposit forfeited.
4. Delivery
Delivery is free within 60 miles of Maidstone, Kent.
For deliveries over 60 miles, we will provide a custom quote based on distance and access.
National delivery is available via trusted couriers — please ask for a quote.
Delivery timing is arranged in advance and based on availability. We will always aim to accommodate your preferred dates.
5. Condition of Goods
All items are thoroughly checked and photographed before dispatch.
Items are sold as described — please ask any questions or request additional images before purchase.
As most items are preloved or ex-display, signs of previous use may be present.
6. Data Protection & GDPR
We only collect personal data necessary to process orders and communicate with customers (e.g. name, address, contact details).
We will never share or sell your information. Data is stored securely in line with GDPR regulations.
You can request to view or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
7. General
